Pay and tip
With your card from your phone. The tip enters the fiscal receipt and reaches the waiter via MyTips.
What if the guest wants to pay cash?
They pick “pay the waiter” in the interface. The waiter collects the bill, takes the cash, and the fiscal receipt is issued on the register as usual — nothing is lost.
How does the guest call the waiter?
With the on-table button: the assigned waiter gets a MyTips notification and comes over. Staff are added by phone number and assigned to tables from the panel.
How does the guest receive the fiscal receipt?
Within about 2 seconds of paying, by email and SMS — with every line item visible, verifiable on the State Tax Service portal.
